After moving her family to San Luis Obispo to raise her two daughters and expand their real estate business, Venesa combined her strong background in Business Development & Marketing with her passion for helping others achieve their financial goals through homeownership.

A proud student of San Diego Christian College in Biological Science, Venesa quickly discovered her love for real estate. She is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the real estate process, thanks to the robust support provided by her established team.

Venesa’s commitment to serving her community is further exemplified by her husband, a proud veteran who served six years in the Air Force, including time stationed in Korea. Together, they founded the HERO program to honor veterans by facilitating their journey to new homeownership or assisting them in selling their assets as a way of giving back.

Their family business aims to educate individuals on homeownership and investing, addressing the common challenges faced by first-time homebuyers. With an emphasis on personalized experiences, Venesa and her team cater to the unique needs of their clients, ensuring that each relationship is built on trust and satisfaction. It’s this client-centric approach that has kept them thriving for two decades.

Outside of work, Venesa cherishes time spent with her husband, two daughters, and their two dogs. As active members of Active Church, they find joy in exploring local beaches and farmer's markets while enjoying good music, delicious food, and the company of great people.
